Fees
Fees vary by service (counselling, assessment, career guidance) and by counsellor. We'll always confirm the exact cost with you before you book — never as a surprise after a session. Confidentiality
What you share in a session stays between you and your counsellor. We don't discuss it with parents, schools, or employers without your explicit consent. For minors, the scope of what's shared with parents is explained clearly at the start of counselling, not assumed.
The narrow exceptions
Confidentiality has legally required limits — most importantly, situations involving immediate risk to your safety or someone else's, or legal obligations such as mandatory reporting under child protection law. Your counsellor will always explain these limits to you at the start, not invoke them as a surprise.
